The Bioethics Network of Ohio (BENO) is a non-profit organization founded to provide information, promote knowledge and improve practice among persons concerned with bioethics. The network is comprised of individuals and institutional sponsors. It promotes collaboration and communication among its members on bioethical issues, and serves as an educational resource for both professionals and the public.
BENO was founded in Spring, 1990. We seek individual members and institutional sponsors from throughout Ohio. Membership currently includes physicians, nurses, lawyers, social workers, administrators, ethicists, religious and lay ministers, legislators, journalists and other professionals, and hospitals, long-term care facilities, churches, law firms and other organizations.
